Full Planning Package
Our Full Wedding Planning package is designed for couples who want guidance and support from start to finish. From the big picture to the smallest details, I’ll be by your side every step of the way; curating your dream team, managing logistics, and ensuring everything flows seamlessly. You can relax knowing your wedding is thoughtfully planned, beautifully executed, and truly a reflection of you.

Partial Planning Package
The Partial Wedding Planning package is perfect for couples who have started planning but want expert support to bring everything together. I’ll step in to refine your vision, offer guidance where it’s needed most, and help manage the remaining details. Together, we’ll ensure your plans feel cohesive, stress-free, and ready to come to life.

"Month-Of" Planning Package
The "Month-Of" Wedding Planning Package is ideal for couples who feel confident in their planning but want a supportive, experienced planner to step in during the final weeks. I’ll handle the details, calm the nerves, and manage the behind-the-scenes logistics so you can relax, stay present and fully enjoy your wedding day.
SERVICES
Timeline Creation
- Development of a comprehensive wedding day timeline, including vendor arrivals, key events, and transition points.
- Distribution of timeline to all vendors and key participants (wedding party, family, etc.).
- Ongoing revisions and updates to the timeline as needed leading up to the wedding.
Logistics & Coordination
- Oversight of seating chart, rental orders, transportation arrangements, and other key logistics.
- Communication with the venue regarding setup, cleanup, vendor access, and all logistical needs.
- Management of deliveries, installations, and on-site setup to ensure all elements are in place and on time.
- Collaboration with Client and vendors to resolve last-minute needs or changes.
Vendor Coordination
- Recommendations for trusted vendors that align with the couple’s style, budget, and personality.
- Communication with all vendors beginning at time of contract signing through the wedding day.
- Optional attendance at key vendor meetings (to be agreed upon in advance).
- Assistance with reviewing vendor contracts and finalizing details.
- Final confirmation of vendor arrival times, services, and logistics.

Design & Styling Support
- Creation of a custom mood board to visually represent the wedding aesthetic.
- Collaboration with the florist, rental companies, and other design partners to ensure a cohesive look and feel.
- Assistance sourcing any remaining décor items, custom signage, or styling elements.
- Participation in venue walk-through(s) to discuss layout, flow, and styling logistics.
- Styling of key elements (favors, signage, guest book, etc.) on the wedding day.
Day of Coordination
- 10–12 hours of on-site management on the wedding day.
- Primary point of contact for all vendors, venue staff, and guests with logistical questions.
- Execution of the wedding timeline and handling of any unforeseen issues.
- Oversight of venue setup, styling of personal and decorative items, and general ambiance.
- Support for the wedding party and family members throughout the event.
- Emergency kit available on-site for minor needs (stain remover, safety pins, etc.)

Post Wedding Follow Up
- Coordination of rental pickups and return of personal décor.
- Assistance with vendor gratuities and final payments.
- Optional post-wedding debrief or wrap-up meeting to reflect and close out services.
Consultation
- In-person or virtual meeting to review the your vision, existing plans, and expectations.
- Outline of Planner's role, communication methods, and timeline for ongoing coordination.
- Assessment of any planning gaps or concerns and development of a plan to address them.
Rehearsal Management
- On-site coordination and direction of the ceremony rehearsal (typically the day before).
- Guidance for wedding party on processional, recessional, and general expectations.
